Bosco
Adventure is anime TV serial,
inspired by fantasy books
of italian writer Tony Wolff.
It was made by Nippon Animation
company, and originally released
in October 1986 on Yomiuri
TV in Japan. The series were
also released throughout Europe,
and other parts of world.
They were never highly commercialized,
since they were never dubbed
into English, making the series
"universal".
The
story is about young elvish
princess Apricot, whom is
captured by evil Hoodman and
his servants, under command
to keep her away from her
homeland Fountainland, until
the full eclipse of the sun.
The command was given by a
mysterious leader who occupied
the princess country. Luckily,
brave habitants of Bosco forest
manage to save her, and agree
on taking her back to her
home. On their voyage, they
participate in myriad of aventures,
where they show the inner
beauty of their souls, always
willing to help others in
their hour of need. Bosco
Adventure is, above everything,
a story about true friendship.
